Commissions ordered through ‘VGen’ will have extra fees attached to the final price to cover website hosting cost.

The artist is not responsible for delays or confusion caused by the client's lack of or poor communication.

Refunds will NOT be obtainable after the piece is finished and delivered.

Full refunds are offered ONLY if work fails to be delivered by the guaranteed delivery date provided, with no updates or communication on the process.

Refunds, Partial-Refunds or Delay Compensations won't be offered if the delay was caused by the client's lack of communication.

The order will only proceed after payment is completed.

The deadline depends on service type and order size; minimal deadline is between 1-5 months

If any delays happen on the artist's side, the client will be informed.

Rush Fees can be requested / applied to orders with tight deadlines shorter than the minimum time calculated by order size and service type.

Any and all expected deadlines should be communicated with the artist first before ordering.

The artist is not responsible for delays caused by the client's lack of communication.

Free Revisions are ONLY allowed during the sketch approval process; any major change should be requested at this phase.

After the Sketch Approval, only small details and color will be adjusted for free.

Extra Revision Fees may apply for major changes after Sketch Approval / Final Delivery.

Revisions can be declined if the request is for change in art-style (Example: imitates another artist’s style, completely change the Artist’s original art-style, etc)

If the client fails to respond to feedback messages within 3 to 7 days, the commission will continue with no feedback approval required or will be canceled / paused.

As the artist, I have full rights to share any commissions I produce online unless an NDA / Publishing Date is discussed.

The Client may request a Partial or Full NDA for a Privacy Fee.

Commercial License Fees are applied if work is used for mass production and distribution of physical merchandise / digital goods.

Clients can use and share the work on social media with proper credit (YouTube, Twitter, Twitch, Discord, etc)

Clients are NOT allowed to claim the work as their own.

Clients are NOT allowed to produce merchandise with said work unless agreed upon prior with the artist.

Clients are NOT allowed to use my work for AI training, NFTs, or blockchains, if done so the client will automatically be put on a blacklist and will no longer be allowed to work with me.

You cannot alter / re-color / trace my work in any way without permission.

You cannot use my art for AI training / run it through ANY Generative AI Program and or Website under any circumstances.

If you use my work online, please provide credits to my name “Koffizinhoart” and Socials / Website

The client has to pay the FULL price upfront before I can start working on the order, I'll only start working once the payment is received.

Payment is final, no refunds will be offered once I start your commission.

All prices are listed in USD only.

The final price may increase depending on the order complex / licenses / Fees; communicated to the client before final payment.

Payment plans are offered to orders above $200+ (two-hundred)

Payment will be made through Paypal Invoices or Vgen payment options.

Special Discounts can be offered to Newsletter members and Returning Clients.

You can only use 1x Discount Code per order; Discount codes are non-stackable.

If a refund of the discounted order occurs, the discount will no longer be usable for future orders to avoid fraud.

Communication can be held through Email, Discord DMs, and or Vgen Messages.

Please Offer: Clear Reference Images and detailed description for better results on your order, you can also request for the artist to help you brainstorm ideas!

Order only proceeds with production after the client responds to WIPS and Feedback.

Work Time: Monday – Thursday

Response Time: at least 48h (BRT Timezone)

Client Updates: Bi-Weekly (every two weeks)

Personal License: Client can use work for personal social media accounts, Personal Non-Monetized Projects, school / educational projects, etc

Monetized License: Client can use work for Monetized Platforms (Youtube, Twitch, Twitter, etc) as promotional material and branding, and feature the work in monetized websites and paid sponsorships.

Commercial License: Client can use art for mass producing and selling of merchandise products, either sold physically or digitally. (Visible and Accessible Design Credit is still required in all listings of the product.)

Rush Fees: Rush Fees are applied to orders that request a tight deadline shorter than the deadline set per service, The fees are communicated to the client before accepting the request. (50% or 85% more of the original price depending on service and deadline set by the client.)

NDA / Privacy Fee: Privacy Fees are applied to orders the client requests to be fully private (not published online or displayed on my portfolio)
(100% or more of the final price.)

Vgen Fee: 5% Fee is applied to all orders placed on ‘Vgen Commission Platform’ to cover the cost of hosting commissions on Vgen, The Fees are communicated to the client via the payment proposal inside the website.
